Rental Options & Rates

  • Practice Room (One person): $20/hr

  • Practice Room (2 or more people): $20/hour plus $3 per additional person

  • Classroom (One Person): $23/hour

  • Classroom (2 or more people): $23/hour plus $3 per additional person

  • Band Room: $25/hr (Daytime) or $30/hr (Evening)

  • MacDowell Room: $30/hr 

  • Fourth Floor Dance Studio/Downstairs Dance Studio: $30/hr

Rates

  • Single Renter for most rooms: $20/hour for non-students, $15/hour for BMS students and faculty

  • Multiple Renters for most rooms: An additional $3/hour per person

  • Theatre Rental: Prices vary based on budget and scope of production. Fill out our Theatre Inquiry Request form here.

    • Monday through Friday: 9:00am - 7:30pm

    • Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00pm

    • Sunday: 9:00am - 5:00pm

  • July - August:

    • Monday through Friday: 9:00am - 7:30pm

    • Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00pm

    • Sunday: CLOSED
