The Brooklyn Music School Jazz Series continues: live, outdoor, "happy hour" concerts/jam sessions with BMS faculty on three Fridays this month.
A longtime BMS faculty member and professional musician since 1976, Jeff Newell's instruments are the sax, flute and clarinet. Jeff has diverse musical tastes that run from blues and jazz to early 20th century classical and rock, and he has played and/or recorded with such jazz notables as Charles Earland, Houston Person and Terrance Blanchard. You don't want to miss a jam session with Jeff!
