Rent a space for music…

BMS offers rental spaces for practice, rehearsals, readings, recitals, performances, etc. at affordable rates.

Please note: We respond to rental inquiries Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Please send your request with as much notice as possible, no later than 48 hours in advance. If you submit with less than 24 hours notice, we may not be able to accommodate your request. We are not able to rent rooms to outside private instructors for lessons with non-BMS students. We apologize for any inconvenience.

BMS is taking special precautions to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and to ensure that our facilities are safe for community use. All rental spaces are sterilized after each use. Rental Options & Rates

  • Practice Room (One person): $20/hr

  • Practice Room (2 or more people): $20/hour plus $3 per additional person

  • Classroom (One Person): $25/hour

  • Classroom (2 or more people): $25/hour plus $5per additional person

  • Band Room: $30/hr (Daytime) or $40/hr (Evening)

  • MacDowell Room: $40/hr 

  • Fourth Floor Dance Studio/Downstairs Dance Studio: $40/hr

Hours

  • September - June:

    • Monday through Friday: 8:00am - 8:00pm

    • Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00pm

    • Sunday: 9:00am - 5:00pm

  • July - August:

    • Monday through Friday: 9:00am - 7:30pm

    • Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00pm

    • Sunday: CLOSED
