About
Born in Bari in 1996, Annarosa Partipilo studied piano, organ, and harpsichord at the Conservatory of Bari. She is the winner of numerous national and international competitions, including the 1st International Music Competition “Città di Bari”, 15th International Music Competition “Euterpe”, 2nd International Harpsichord Competition “Wanda Landowska”, 7th International Competition “EurOrchestra Nuovi Interpreti 2015”, 16th National Competition “Igor Strawinsky” Music Competition, “Città di Moncalieri” European Music Competition, “Al chiaro di luna” National Competition of Musical Performance, “National Competition of the City of Ortona”, “International Music Competition for Young People Dinu Lipatti”, “Concorso Musicale de France”, “Gran Piano Virtuoso London Competition”, “Gran Piano Virtuoso Salzburg Competition”, and the “Golden classical music awards”.
She has held numerous concerts at the Circolo Unione di Bari, the Musical and Cultural Association "Tempi & Itinerari Musicali", the "Hamadeus" Association, the "Ars" Association, the "Novartistudium" Association, the Diocesan Auditorium "La Vallisa”, the Auditorium Association. And again in the Church of Carmine, in the Church of Santa Teresa dei Maschi, in the Basilica "San Paolo Maggiore" in Naples, in Tortona for the Perosi Academy, in the Devanna National Gallery, in the "Nino Rota" auditorium, at the Piano Lab by Martina Franca, the Bari Piano Festival; for Margherita Classica, the Maggio Barese, for the Mandanici musical association of Messina, for the Pianoformia, in Europe at the Saint-Maur-des Fossès Theater (Paris) again in Paris for L'espace Bernanos and L'espace Impro, at the Elgar Room (Royal Albert Hall - London), in Spain for the Fondaciòn Eutherpe, in Croatia for the Epidaurus Festival, in Salzburg at the Mozarteum, and at the Weill Recital Hall in New York. On 8 October 2023 she gave the world premiere of Nino Rota's Requiem for organ and double choir.
She has been a guest on variousEuropean radio and television broadcasts including: radio 100, radio Italia anni 60, Buon Pomeriggio, Telenorba, and has released recordngs for Sheva Collection and Arcopu editions for choir and piano, performing unpublished pieces by various Italian composers. . She is the author of a Panhellenic fairy tale in three scenes and an intermezzo for soprano, baritone, choir and orchestra entitled "Come un albero di alloro" with music by Il Baskerville, performed in the first performance at the Pietro Marko theater in Vlora in Albania. She also collaborated as proofreader for the publication of the first complete edition of Liszt's second ballad edited by Mario Angiolelli (Florestano Edizioni).
She is the artistic director of the "Ezio Bosso" piano competition and of the Nessun Dorma cultural association, of the music department of the Academy of Philosophical Arts and Sciences of Bari.
